This is a really nice product! It has a nice thin texture, is non-sticky, and definitely not scented. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend it. It can be used on a daily basis for general vaginal dryness, as well as for an intimate lubricant.
As it states on the box, it can also be used as an intimate moisturiser, which is helpful during pregnancy and afterwards to help soften and sooth the perineal area.

If, after you have received your purchase, you decide that you do not require the product you have 14 days to change your mind. In this case you will need to notify us that you wish to return your product within 14 days from our delivery of the product.
Your rights if the product is faulty or described incorrectly
During the expected lifespan of your product, where the product is faulty (not including general usage, wear and tear or cosmetic damage) or has been described incorrectly, your legal rights entitle you to the following:
- If you return the product to us within 30 days of delivery we will provide you with a refund.
- If you return the product to us within six months of delivery we will attempt to repair or replace the product. If we cannot do this, then we will provide you with a refund.

Telling us you wish to return the product
If you wish to return the product as set out above, please let us know by doing one of the following:
(a) Phone or email. Call customer services on +44 (0) 1252 299 044 or email us at email@example.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
(b) By post. Please write to us at the address below, including details of what you bought, when you ordered or received it and your name and address.
If you would like to return the product because it has been damaged, please provide photographs of the damage.
Returning the product
If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you, you must return them to us at:

If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send the product, unused and in its original unopened packaging, within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
We will pay the costs of return:
(a) if the products are faulty or mis-described; or
(b) if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events inside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
Where a refund is payable, we will either refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase or we will contact You to arrange the refund. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
