By using Our Site, You confirm that You accept these Conditions and that You agree to comply with them.

If You do not agree to these Conditions, You are NOT permitted to use Our Site.

If You purchase any products ("Products") or services ("Services") (as are more fully described on Our Site) from Our Site, Our Terms and Conditions of Supply will apply to the supply of such Products or Services.

In the event that there is a conflict between these Conditions and our Terms and Conditions of Supply, these Conditions shall take precedence.

  6. We may revise these Conditions at any time by amending this page.
  7. Please ensure that You check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes We may have made to these Conditions, as they are binding on You.
  8. CHANGES TO OUR SITE
  9. We may update Our Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time.
  10. ACCESSING OUR SITE
  11. Our Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that Our Site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or error free. Access to Our Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of Our Site without notice. We will not be liable to You if, for any reason, Our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

  13. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access Our Site through Your internet connection are aware of these Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
  14. REGISTRATION
  15. If You wish to purchase Products from Our Site, or use Our online consultation Services, You must first register on Our Site by completing the applicable online registration form as made available to You on the Site in accordance with the registration guidance. You must be aged 18 or over, or the minimum age required under any applicable local laws in the territory from which You access the Site. We ask You to ensure that all information You provide to Us on registration (including but not limited to Your photographic identification) is true and accurate, current and complete. If there are any changes to the details supplied to Us it is Your responsibility to inform us straight away. Changes to Your registration details should be made online via the 'Contact Us' section of the Site. We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable administration fee where you submit incorrect or multiple registrations.
  16. When purchasing prescription medication from Our Site, You will be asked to provide details of any medical conditions that You suffer from, along with any details for any illness You may be suffering from or any ill feeling You may be experiencing on a regular basis ("Medical Details"). It is Your sole responsibility to update Your Medical Details whenever this may be required, for example where You start to have ill feelings which are not regular ill feelings.
  17. We may use third party companies to verify that Your identification information, supplied when registering to use Our Site, are valid and belong to You.
  18. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application to register on Our Site for any reason.
  19. You may request to cancel Your registration with the Site at any time during the registration process.
  20. YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
  21. If You choose, or You are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of Our security procedures, You must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
  22. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by You or allocated by Us, at any time, if in Our reasonable opinion You have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Conditions, Our Privacy Policy or Our Acceptable Use Policy.
  23. If You know or suspect that anyone other than You knows your user identification code or password, You must promptly notify by email.
  24. If You lose or forget Your password You must complete the 'Forgotten Password' submission here.
  25. You agree that at all times, You shall:
    1. not use Your user identification code or password with the intent of impersonating another person;
    2. not allow any other person to use Your user access code or password;
    3. not use any information presented on the Site or derived from the Services for any purpose other than those expressly set out in these Conditions;
    4. not do anything likely to impair, interfere with or damage or cause harm or distress to any persons using the Site;
    5. comply with all instructions and policies as may be published by Us from time to time in respect of the Services or the Site;
    6. co-operate with any reasonable security or other checks or requests for information made by Us from time to time; and
    7. use the information made available to You on the Site and through the Services at Your own risk.
  26. ONLINE CONSULTATION SERVICES
  27. It is important that all information You provide to Us is true and accurate, current and complete and that You disclose all relevant facts and Your complete medical history as this could affect the advice You are given.
  28. Before You provide information about any person other than yourself, You must ensure that they understand how their information will be used (see Our Privacy Policy at for details) and that You have their authority to provide it to Us and to give the relevant consents on their behalf. By providing their information to Us You are confirming this to be the case.
  29. We obtain advice for You from a panel of medical experts, including doctors, pharmacists and dispensary assistants. The advice We obtain is based wholly on the information You provide. In most cases You should expect to receive a response within 48 working hours. However, We are dependent on assessment by a panel of experts and third party computer and communications systems which may affect Our response times.
  30. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  31. Our Site contains certain materials, trade names and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, logos, software, audio, video, multimedia content, photos and graphics. We are the owner or the licensee of all such intellectual property rights in Our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Us.
  32. We ask that You do not modify, publish, transmit, 'link-to', participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any of the content on Our Site, in whole or in part except as provided in these Conditions.
  33. You may only print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) or information from Our Site for Your personal use.
  34. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation (whether or not for financial gain) of downloaded material or works derived or developed from the material on Our Site will be permitted without Our express written permission. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials You have printed off or downloaded in any way, and You must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

  36. If You print off, copy or download any part of Our Site in breach of these Conditions, Your right to use Our Site will cease immediately and You must, at Our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials You have made.
  37. By accepting these Conditions, You acknowledge and accept You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any material from Our Site.
  38. NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION
  39. WARNING: YOU MUST CHECK ANY ADVICE GIVEN BY OUR PANEL OF EXPERTS WITH YOUR OWN GP BEFORE TAKING OR REFRAINING FROM ANY COURSE OF ACTION OR TREATMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH. The information on Our Site is not intended to be relied upon by You in making (or refraining from making) any decisions regarding Your health or wellbeing (in isolation) and We strongly recommended that You consult Your general practitioner or a professional medical advisor if You are unsure how this information or the Products will affect Your health or You feel any ill effects from using the Products. Due to the unpredictable nature of illnesses and/or medical conditions and/or treatments it is impossible for Us to give any warranty and/or any guarantee of any outcome of any proposed treatment and/or advice given.

Although We make reasonable efforts to update the information on Our Site, We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that information on Our Site or accessible from it is accurate, complete or up-to-date and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information. You should independently verify any information before relying upon it. If You discover any inaccurate information on Our Site let Us know and, where We agree, We will correct it as soon as practicable.
  41. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
  42. Prohibited uses
    1. You may use Our Site only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use Our Site:

      2. in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
      3. for the purpose of harming and/or harassing or attempting to harm and/or harass anyone in any way;
      4. to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with Our content standards set out at clause 10.3below;
      5. to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
      6. to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
    2. You also agree:
      1. not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of Our Site In contravention of these Conditions;
      2. not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
        1. any part of Our Site;
        2. any equipment or network on which Our Site is stored;
        3. any software used in the provision of Our Site; or
        4. any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
  43. Interactive services
    1. We may from time to time provide interactive services on Our Site, including, without limitation:
      1. chat rooms;
      2. bulletin boards; and
      3. online consultations.
    2. Where We do provide any interactive service, We will provide clear information to You about the kind of service offered, if it is moderated and what form of moderation is used (including whether it is human or technical).
    3. We will use our reasonable endeavors to assess any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on Our Site, and We will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service We provide on Our Site, and We expressly exclude Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of Our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.
    4. Where We do moderate an interactive service, We will normally provide You with a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.
  44. Content standards
    1. These Content Standards apply to any and all material which You contribute to Our Site ("Contributions"), whether through bulletin boards, any interactive services associated with it or otherwise.
    2. You must comply with the spirit of the following standards as well as the letter. The standards apply to each part of any Contribution as well as to its whole.
    3. Contributions must:
      1. be accurate (where they state facts);
      2. be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and
      3. comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.
    4. Contributions must not:
      1. contain any material which is defamatory of any person;
      2. contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
      3. promote sexually explicit material;
      4. promote violence;
      5. promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
      6. infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
      7. be likely to deceive any person;
      8. be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
      9. promote any illegal activity;
      10. be threatening, abusive or an invasion of another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
      11. be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
      12. be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent Your identity or affiliation with any person;
      13. give the impression that they emanate from Us, if this is not the case; or
      14. advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  45. Suspension and termination
    1. We will determine, in Our sole discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through Your use of Our Site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, We may take such action as We deem appropriate.
    2. Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of these Conditions, and may result in Our taking all or any of the following actions:
      1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of Your right to use Our Site;
      2. immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by You to Our Site;
      3. issue of a warning to You;
      4. commence legal proceedings against You for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
      5. commence further legal action against You; and/or
      6. isclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as We reasonably feel is necessary.
    3. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and We may take any other action We reasonably deem appropriate.
  46. Changes to the Acceptable Use Policy
  47. We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by amending this page. You should ensure that You check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we may make, as they are legally binding on You. Some of the provisions contained in this Acceptable Use Policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on Our Site.
  48. LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
  49. Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits Our liability for death or personal injury arising from Our negligence, or Our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  50. To the extent permitted by law, We exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other conditions which may apply to Our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
  51. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
    1. use of, or inability to use, Our Site; or
    2. use of or reliance on any content displayed on Our Site.
  52. Please note that We only provide Our Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use Our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and We have no liability to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, as well as any indirect or consequential loss you may suffer in the event that You do use Our Site for commercial or business purposes.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect Your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to Your use of Our Site or to Your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
  54. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content of any websites linked to Our Site, these links are provided for Your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by Us of those linked websites. Where Our Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from Your use of them and You use such third party sites at Your own risk. Any third party site that We may provide links to from Our Site from time to time may have separate terms of use, You acknowledge that You are solely responsible for checking whether any additional third party terms of use apply and that You adhere to such third party terms of use in the event that they do apply to Your use of a third party site.
  55. Different limitations and exclusions of liability apply to the supply of any Products and/or Services by Us to You. These are set out in Our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
  56. UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE
  57. Whenever You make use of a feature that allows You to upload content to Our Site, or to make contact with other users of Our Site, You must comply with the Content Standards set out in Our Acceptable Use Policy at clause 10.3above.
  58. You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and You will be liable to Us and indemnify Us for any breach of that warranty. If You are a consumer user, this means You will be responsible for any loss or damage We suffer as a result of Your breach of warranty.
  59. Any content You upload to Our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and We have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose.
  60. We also have the right to disclose Your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by You to Our Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
  61. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by You or any other user of Our Site.
  62. We have the right to remove any posting You make on Our Site if, in Our opinion, Your post does not comply with the Content Standards set out in Our Acceptable Use Policy at clause 10.3above.
  63. The views expressed by other users on Our Site do not necessarily represent Our views or values.
  64. VIRUSES
  65. We do not guarantee that Our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
  66. You are responsible for configuring Your information technology, computer programs and platform in order to access Our Site. You should use Your own virus protection software.
  67. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Our Site, the server on which Our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to Our Site. You must not attack Our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision or that at clause 10.1.1.6, You would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing Your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, Your right to use Our Site will cease immediately.

  69. You are not permitted to create links to Our Site from any other website without first obtaining Our written permission. On obtaining such written permission:
    1. You may link to Our home page, provided You do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage Our reputation or take unfair advantage of it;

  74. If any part of these Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the validity of the remaining Conditions will be unaffected.
  75. Nothing in these Conditions shall be enforceable by any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  76. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
  77. These Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
  78. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Conditions or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) AND THAT either party shall be entitled to enforce any such judgment in any other jurisdiction as appropriate.
